Ensenada - El Zorrillo

We left Tecate yesterday morning bright and early to find a day of much traveling. Nothing in particular to slow us other than a lot of little things… It was a beautiful, dry, dusty at times drive.
Our current home for last night and tonight (Tuesday) is at a church in El Zorrillo which is about 20 minute drive from Ensenada. Part of the team worked on house construction, part on soup kitchen construction and the rest in Ensenada at Pastor Tao's church.
Last night we had bbq hamburgers/hotdogs, played football, had a team meeting and went to bed. A few had a good night sleep while most rested well. Chickens, dogs and the music playing in the distance is always a good deterrent to sleep. At least Al and Naomi had different honeymoon accomodations and had NO ONE else with them...
This morning Josh Hornstra lead our devotion time on prayer! 1 Chronicles 5:20 and James 5:15... Jared Witman shared yesterday about risk, trust and believe!
Today part of the team is working on soup kitchen construction (Scott, Jeff, Loren, Tyson and Jared), part is on house construction (Al, Ryan, Josh, Brett and Hunter - from Alaska) and the rest (Naomi, Liz, Melany, Jill, Kylee, Derek, Dylan, Sam, Megan, Kayla and Kelly) are working at Tao's church doing VBS stuff with a group of dentist and adults from a church in Ohio.
We don't have cell service where we are but tomorrow (Wednesday) we should be able to call. Just letting parents know...
We'll be going to Alejandro and Gabriella's church tomorrow and will hopefully blog tomorrow night
